We supply galvanized wire in various forms of spool wire, coil wire, cut wire and big package wire. Galvanized wire is obtained by means of wire drawing followed by heat treatment and actual galvanization. The main purpose of heat treatment is to get the property lost during wire drawing back. Galvanizing is achieved by hot dipping in the melted zinc.??
We produce and supply big volume of quality iron wire for construction, fencing, woven wire mesh, security and other industrial uses. Basically, we provide galvanized iron wire in two treatments: electro galvanized or hot-dipped galvanized. Galvanized wire materials can be mild steel plain wire or high carbon steel wire.

Galvanized wire can be divided into electro galvanized wire and hot-dipped zinc coated galvanized iron wire. The common sizes applied for electro galvanized wire and hot-dip galvanized wire are from BWG8# to BWG16#. Wire with smaller diameter or bigger one also available for customer choice. Electro galvanized iron wire is made with carbon steel wire going through the process of electric galvanizing while hot-dipped galvanized wire is made with carbon steel wire through thermal zinc coating processing with certain thickness of zinc coating on the surface of the iron wire.

Processing: Hot-dip galvanized iron wire is made from choice low carbon steel wire, through five major processing sections:  wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, bright annealing, wire coiling or winding and packing.

Finish Treatment of Hot-dip Zinc Coated Iron Wire and Packing:

Hot-dip galvanized wire we produce offers excellent flexibility and softness with its uniform zinc coating layer. The zinc coating quantity can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2. Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg. This kind of big package galvanized wire is mainly used as fencing wire.

Hot-dip Galvanized Wire Application:

This kind of wire is extensively used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh, packaging of products and other daily uses as wire ties, binding wire, weaving wire, fencing wire, etc.
