Black Iron Wire Cloth-Hebei Wanda Wire-Drawing and Mesh-Weav

Wanda started in the year 1999 with a registered capital of 4million Chinese yuan. Through the striving of past few years, Wanda has now expanded into a big producing enterprise in Anping County of Hebei Province, China, with an annual output value of 36million Chinese yuan.

Unlike most companies doing only wire mesh weaving or wire drawing, Wanda emphasizes both wire drawing and wire mesh weaving, and has earned very good reputation among customers in both lines. Wanda has now 26 sets of stainless steel wire drawing machines and 15 sets of iron wire drawing machines, 6 wire galvanizing production lines and 40 sets of wire mesh weaving and welding machines. Our annual consumption of steel rod at diameter of 6.5mm is more than 6500MT and our daily productive capacity of woven wire mesh is over 5000 square meters.

Weaving Patterns of Black Iron Wire Cloth: Plain weave, twill weave, plain Dutch weave and twill Dutch weave while plain weave is the most popular one. Wire cloth plain and twill weave are all in square opening, while Dutch weave in rectangular opening.

General sizes: Normally we provide plain steel wire cloth from 10mesh to 80mesh in square opening, in rolls 30m long and in width of 36",48",0.6m, 1m, 1.2m. Other sizes also available at customers specific requirements.

Uses: Mild steel is excellent for the manufacture of industrial wire cloth due to its tensile strength and impact resistance.
