Major materials available for wire mesh filter discs: stainless steel woven wire cloth, black iron wire cloth, galvanized iron wire mesh and other metal materials. Single or multilayer. filter discs are provided in different shapes: round, rectangle, hoop and elipse, etc.
Production standard: Wire mesh for filter discs are made according to GB5330-85.
Processing: We use quality Dutch woven wire cloth in phosphor bronze, stainless steel or black iron wire. Plain or twilled Dutch weave. Can be cut into wire mesh discs of different diameter. Or be welded into multilayer filter discs. We can also produce square, rectangular or circle shapes of various materials and sizes.
Applications: Wire mesh filter discs or filter elements are used in petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, pharmacy, metallurgy, machinery, ship making.
