Die
The perforating process starts by designing the precision die. We believe that the quality of the die is critical for the quality of the product. We have therefore invested heavily in this area in recent years and developed our die making techniques.

Perforating
we use the CNC machine to produce state-to-art product in various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, copper, as well as plywood, fiberboard, and rubber board. We can perforate the material thickness from0.2mm to 15mm.

Slitting
Slitting to your finished width is done in-line from a coil.

Shearing
Our adept worker can shear the margins when the tolerance is greater than our in-line process.

Roller Leveling
We can bring the perforated material back to the original flatness with the roller press.

Degreasing
Degreasing process can offer clean, oil free material surfaces.

Fabricating
CNC perforating, press brake, circle shearing, and spot welding operations are done for products requiring extra holes, notches, forming, bending and cutting.

Finishes
We can supply the finished production such as clear anodizing, painting and powder coating.

ackaging
Perforated products will be packaged for protection during shipment. We will use crates, boxes or cartons for your requirement. Special packing is available upon request.

Transportation
